Our Story
Rich & Brooke didn't set out to become business partners — they set out to build a marriage. Somewhere along the way, the two became impossible to separate: every deal, every pivot, every hard season got worked out at the kitchen table, not just the boardroom.
After years of building companies side by side — and learning the hard way what happens when business starts eating the marriage — they started The Rich & Brooke Show to have the conversations most couples and business owners are too afraid to have out loud.

Rich is a serial entrepreneur and investor who has spent over two decades building companies from the ground up. He believes the same principles that make a business thrive — trust, communication, and showing up every day — are exactly what make a marriage thrive too. When he's not building, he's coaching his kids' sports teams or arguing with Brooke about the right way to load a dishwasher.
Brooke is an entrepreneur and investor in her own right, and Rich's partner in every sense of the word. She's spent her career proving that ambition and family aren't a trade-off — you can chase big goals and still be fully present at home.
